As shown in figure 1, the edge gate cavity should have a core-pulling, generally, we use the simplified pin-point gate structure like GCI or GCH, fixing the priority insert-pulling on the top clamp plate, before opening plate A, plate B, open the top clamp plate first.
Design specifications:
1. As shown in figure 1, the sequence of opening a mold should open PL1 first, and then PL2.
2. There should have a stroke limit between the top clamp plate and plate A, the limit stroke is equal to the distance of priority pulling.
3. Fasten the sprue bush on the top clamp plate, the front part of the sprue bush should have an angle because of the opening mold between the top clamp plate and plate A, as displayed in figure 2.
