We are JLFY, which has been dedicated to developing solutions to help customers machine plastic or metal parts at tiny costs.
When a new product is in the R & D stage, a design review and a prototype is usually needed to evaluate the design and to a little possible loss caused by imperfect design.
By providing prototyping machining service to show you and your customer what the new design is like, whether the part can work properly or not, and what modifications should be made before moving to mass production.
We have been working to develop different tools for helping us reach the cost-effective target when we make low-volume production of plastic and metal parts, which is especially useful for new product development and also contributes to mass production.
In some cases like medical equipment and the scientific instrument industry, only a small quantity is in demand. And the enclosure parts are generally large-sized so the tooling cost would be very high. With our low-volume production service, we can make plastic housings/enclosures for your commercial use without building expensive steel mold. So a new model no longer means a big budget in tooling at the beginning.

We make parts from stainless steel, aluminum, PEEK, PU, brass, PTFE, carbon fiber, and so on, with parts ranging from 2mm to 300mm in diameter.

As time goes by, we add some new custom products to our service lists like aluminum sunflower radiator, titanium ball, impeller, small modulus turbine worm, crankshaft, PMMA parts, and non-metallic high-temperature resistant custom parts. 

We are in compliance with the ISO13485 quality system to ensure the product quality for customers' satisfaction.
